You can find the MPCA Costume Parade and MORE at Fall Festival 2025 on October 18th!
Celebrate Fall with MPCA! This year we'll be celebrating at the Municipal building.
What to expect
We will have carnival-like games, monster mouth bean bag toss, which hat toss, caution tape maze, the donut challenge, a nature craft and more!
Event Registration
Please register each child (12 and under) to ensure we have enough candy and prizes for all kids. The event is open to all Minerva Park resident children and is sponsored by the MPCA

Costume Parade
Not only will you have the chance to show off your costume in the parade, but you could also win an award in one of several costume categories!
The Costume Parade begins at 12 pm sharp. Please be sure to check in and grab an number for the costume parade between 11:30-11:45!
Game stations will be open to play before and after the Costume Parade.
Other great prizes
Your child will also have a chance to win a prize by guessing the correct number of “pills” in Dr. Frankenstein’s jar!
Plus, if your family is a member of the MPCA, your children will be entered into a special raffle for an additional prize!
Volunteers like you make our Village's kids' events possible!
We are also looking for volunteers to help on the day of the event! There are plenty of ways to pitch in—setting up, helping at activity stations, taking photos, or assisting with cleanup…the possibilities are endless!
We truly appreciate all that you do for our community and our kids.
Volunteers of all ages are welcome—from middle schoolers to seniors! Middle school students are even encouraged to wear a costume, help at the stations, and escort parade participants along their route.
