Outstanding Citizen Award
The "Duck Award" is given annually to recognize outstanding citizens in Minerva Park. It is presented to a resident or group who has made the greatest contribution to improving the quality of life in Minerva Park. We accept nominations in late fall and the award is voted on during the December MPCA meeting.
2023
Melody Knudson
Melody was the MPCA Treasurer for 4 years and her last term ended in 2023. She has worked tirelessly to improve the finances for MPCA - everything from budgeting, reimbursement processes, and planning, to taxes and making sure MPCA is following all legal requirements. She has contributed her talents and skillset in her own unique way and has had a lasting impact on MPCA.

Barb and Chipper Gouin
These two go above and beyond to serve this community! They are both village employees who also put in countless hours volunteering at our MPCA events and generously donate to the kids events!

Sarah Canitano
In addition to planning multiple events throughout the year for the kids of Minerva Park, Sarah plans the annual village-wide garage sale and is the creator of Arts in the Park!
