Arts in the Park registration deadline is approaching!

Attention Minerva Park Artists and Musicians! The deadline to register for Arts in the Park 2023 is Wednesday, May 24th.

Please sign up if you wish to sell your artwork, skilled craft or perform at the Arts in the Park event on June 3, 2023 from 2pm-6pm.

No Direct Sales Vendors, please.

There is no cost for musicians to register.


Current MPCA members

-Vendor fee $10/vendor space (10x10 booth space)


-You may share your (10x10) booth space with an additional vendor (1) for no additional cost.


-MPCA members that are participating in Arts in the Park 2023, will be permitted to invite up to 2 (non Minerva Park resident) Vendors to have their own booth space at $20/ 10x10 booth space.


Non MPCA Members (Minerva Park Residents)

-Vendor fee $15/vendor space (10x10 booth space)

You may share your (10x10) booth space with an additional vendor (1) for no additional cost.


Minerva Park Resident Musicians (current MPCA members/non MPCA members)

-No fee for Musicians (after registration, you will be contacted by Barb Sutton about scheduling your performance time)


Payment

If you would like to pay online, please complete your registration here:


If you would like to pay with cash/check, please fill out the registration card that is printed in the April or May 2023 MPCA Newsletter. Drop off the completed registration card and cash/check payment in the MPCA mail box that is located below the Village mailbox at the Community Building (2829 Minerva Lake Rd.) Make checks payable to the MPCA. All Paper Registrations and Cash/Check payments must be received no later that May 24, 8pm.
