About the event
Attention Minerva Park artists and musicians! Register NOW for "Arts in the Park” 2024!
The 5th Annual Arts in the Park will be held on June 1, 2024 from 2-6pm.
We are thrilled to be back at the Municipal Building this year!
Please sign up if you wish to sell your artwork, skilled craft or perform at the Arts in the Park event on June 1, 2024 from 2pm-6pm. No Direct Sales Vendors Please. There is no cost for musicians to register.
Registration is available online April 3-May 25.
Please read the Vendor pricing carefully because we are offering some new options and MPCA member benefits as well!
Current MPCA members
-Outdoor Vendor fee $10/vendor space (10x10 booth space). You may share your (10x10) booth space with an additional vendor (1) for no additional cost.
-Indoor Vendor fee $15/vendor space (6x8 booth space inside the Minerva Park Municipal Building. One chair and a 6ft table will be provided for each of the indoor booth spaces). Only Nine indoor spaces available. Indoor booth space is limited to 9 vendors, so register early to secure an indoor space. Online registration only for indoor vendor spaces. You may share your (6x8) booth space with an additional vendor (1) for no additional cost.
Non MPCA Members (Minerva Park Residents
-Outdoor Vendor fee $15/vendor space (10x10 booth space). You may share your (10x10) booth space with an additional vendor (1) for no additional cost.
Minerva Park Resident Kids 13 and under
-$5/Vendor Space in the Kids Pavillion. 4ft Table Space and canopy provided. Kid vendors must have an adult present.
Non Resident Vendor
This year we are allowing any current MPCA member to invite a Non Minerva Park Resident to apply for a Vendor Spot!
We are requiring the Non resident vendors to submit sample photos of their artwork or skilled craft and write a brief summary of their work for approval.
Registration Deadline for Non Minerva Park Residents: May 4, 8pm. Artists will be notified of approval status on May 8, 2024. An invoice will be sent to the vendor upon approval. Online registration only.
Minerva Park Resident Musicians
-No fee for Musicians (after registration, you will be contacted by Barb Sutton about scheduling your performance time)

If you would like to pay with cash/check, please fill out the registration card that is printed in the April 2024 MPCA Newsletter. Drop off completed registration card and cash/check payment in the MPCA mail box that is located below the Village mailbox at the Community Building (2829 Minerva Lake Rd.) Make checks payable to the MPCA. All Paper Registrations and Cash/Check payments must be received no later that May 25, 8pm.
