Hello artists and musicians of Minerva Park!
Here are the links to sign up for Arts in the Park as well as more information about the event.
The date of the event is June 5th (June 6th is the rain date)
It will be a 4 hour event. 2-6pm
It will be held in the grassy areas outside of the community building and along the South Lake.
We will have a food truck : Holy Crepes
The signups are online via signup genius. (I will include the sign up links in this email but will also be posting them on the MPCA facebook page and on the MPCA website)
We are requiring that all artists and musicians have a current MPCA membership.
*Artists, you may share a booth with a non MPCA member as long as one person in your booth is a current MPCA member.
*Musicians, if you are performing in a group only one person in your group is required to be a current MPCA member.

Artist vendors, here is a link to sign up to sell your artwork or skilled crafts at Arts in the Park on June 5th.
There is a $10 fee for artist vendors. If you want to pay your $10 fee online, after you sign up, I will send you the link to pay online through Zelle. If you wish to pay with cash or check, you can drop it off in the MPCA mailbox or give to me (Sarah Canitano) the day of the event. Make checks payable to: MPCA
Please put money or check in an envelope marked Arts in the Park.

You do not need a vendor’s license.
We do ask that vendors/artists/musicians have a current MPCA membership and if you will be selling your work there is a $10 vendor fee.
No direct sales vendors please. (Color Street, Usborne, Norwex etc.) We love supporting these small business too but are taking this opportunity to celebrate the arts and skilled crafts within our community.
We will permit a non- resident to set up with you as long as you are a resident with a current MPCA membership and follow our other guidelines.
The $10 fee goes to MPCA for future events.
Artists will provide their own display materials: Tables, canopies etc.
Artists will handle their own methods of payment. For example: It is completely up to the artist if they decide against cash sales or want to do cash only or both. I will not be able to make change so please be prepared if you are accepting cash sales.

We are going to do our very best to comply with State safety guidelines. We know it may evolve over the next few months but we will always comply to the best of our ability with vendors and customers.
I.e. Please wear a mask/face covering when working with customers. We will be asking shoppers to wear their masks also. Social distance when possible. I would suggest that you supply hand sanitizer at your table (I have a few extra bottles in case you don’t have any).
We were able to provide a safe and fun environment for the event last summer and I plan to do so again.
