If you wish to participate in BOTH Maternity/Child Resale & Community Yard Sale events, please sign up for a slot for both. There is only one registration fee ($5) if you choose to participate in both events. We ask that you kindly contribute 10% of your sales from both events.

Artist vendors, here is a link to sign up to sell your artwork or skilled crafts at Arts in the Park on June 5th.
There is a $10 fee for artist vendors. If you want to pay your $10 fee online, after you sign up, I will send you the link to pay online through Zelle. If you wish to pay with cash or check, you can drop it off in the MPCA mailbox or give to me (Sarah Canitano) the day of the event. Make checks payable to: MPCA

You do not need a vendor’s license.
We do ask that vendors/artists/musicians have a current MPCA membership and if you will be selling your work there is a $10 vendor fee.
No direct sales vendors please. (Color Street, Usborne, Norwex etc.) We love supporting these small business too but are taking this opportunity to celebrate the arts and skilled crafts within our community.
We will permit a non- resident to set up with you as long as you are a resident with a current MPCA membership and follow our other guidelines.
The $10 fee goes to MPCA for future events.
Artists will provide their own display materials: Tables, canopies etc.
Artists will handle their own methods of payment. For example: It is completely up to the artist if they decide against cash sales or want to do cash only or both. I will not be able to make change so please be prepared if you are accepting cash sales.

We are going to do our very best to comply with State safety guidelines. We know it may evolve over the next few months but we will always comply to the best of our ability with vendors and customers.
I.e. Please wear a mask/face covering when working with customers. We will be asking shoppers to wear their masks also. Social distance when possible. I would suggest that you supply hand sanitizer at your table (I have a few extra bottles in case you don’t have any).
We were able to provide a safe and fun environment for the event last summer and I plan to do so again.

If you are looking for creativity and artistic expression during the holidays, now is your opportunity to decorate your property and celebrate this beautiful community by making it a winter wonderland.
Every winter, we have a fun decorating contest to promote the holiday spirit!!
Decorating categories are:
• Best Outdoor Tree
• Best Entranceway
• Best Religious Theme
• Best Whimsical Display
• Best Outline Effect
• Best Star Shower
• Best Classic Lights.
Judging will take place December 16-22. The judges look for well placed, well thought-out decorations and enjoy having the decorations complement the property! Winners who are MPCA members will receive gift certificates from a local hardware store or nursery. Non-MPCA winners will be offered a free membership to the MP Community Association for the 2021
The MPCA is excited to announce our first ever Children’s Halloween Costume Parade! Unfortunately this is not like our normal MPCA Children’s Halloween party but unusual times call for unique solutions!
When: October 17th at 1pm (Rain date 10/24) Where: The walking path across the street from Hawthorne Elementary School.
This costume parade is open to ALL Minerva Park kiddos under the age of 12.
You do not need to register each individual child on the sign up sheet. Simply register your name or your family’s name and the number of kids that will be participating.If your family is a current member of the MPCA, your child(ren) can receive a snack and a “to go” craft at the Children’s Halloween Parade, simply select “yes” on the MPCA membership question on the sign up.
We will have three special judges from the village to select winners for our costume contest. There will be a variety of categories to compete in and prizes for the winner in each costume category. Neighbors are welcome to come and watch the parade. We ask that you follow state mandated safety guidelines and wear a mask and social distance. Parking is available in the lot in front of Hawthorne Elementary School. We are also hoping to secure a Food Truck that will have Hot Dogs, soup and Halloween themed sweet treats set up in the Hawthorne Elementary School Parking lot!
