2021-2022 Membership Registration

Annual Membership covers October 1st 2021 to September 30th 2022.

Register/Renew Membership by completing form below.  When complete you will receive a confirmation page with a link to PayPal, where you can make your payment.  To use PayPal, there is an additional $1.22 administrative fee.

NEW PAYMENT OPTION!! We have also added Zelle as another option for payment. If you chose to use Zelle, as the payment option this year, residents can use treasurer@mympca.org and the cost would be $20 since there is no fee. Please include your address in the memo line with the Zelle payment.

No PayPal or Zelle account? Drop off you check at the Community Center MPCA mailbox located at the front door.

Additional notes:

  • Membership is $20 per year-no change for 2021
  • IF using PayPal, a $1.22 processing fee is added for a total of $21.22.
  • You may complete registration online and drop off payment in the MPCA mailbox in front of the Community Building
  • Only MPCA officials have access to any information housed on this site
